The other day when a child was born,
His parents delighted as much as they can;
In the course of time, he will be young,
And die when old what's all this fun.

This is the reality, this is the trend,
Birth is the beginning, death is the end;
Life is a drop towards earth which cascades,
On reaching the ground which soon fades.

You too have fallen in this old game,
Now your task is to glorify your name;
For in this destructive world nothing remains,
Then good deeds and in turn the fame.

So dear, get up and try to think,
Whether you have any enlightened link;
Be sure to be good if you aren't already,
Proceed further being firm and steady.

Toil for others offering a helpful hand,
More you will gain many will be your friends;
Work for mankind giving no heed to religion,
To any community in particular, or any region.


Be determined with the aim in your mind,
Eyeing your goal, tilt not nor look behind;
In the course of time you will surely find,
How solid is the solidarity of any kind.

So ahead you go in the battle of life,
Keeping your conscience like the edge of a knife;
Follow these principles and to all you will be known,
At least on your death there will be many to mourn.

Dear do what betterment you can do on this earth,
Lead a virtuous life with melody and mirth;
So that you have already won the race,
Towards the eternal journey death's icy hand embrace.
